Nirvana is a personal health and habit companion — hydration, joint/knee comfort tracking, meditation, exercise, meals, weight, sleep, and desk-break reminders — designed to work fully offline.
All the health and habit data you enter — hydration logs, pain/comfort check-ins, meditation sessions, exercise sessions, meals, weight entries, sleep entries, and reminder settings — is stored in a local database on your device only. Nirvana has no account system, no server, and does not transmit this data anywhere.
With a permission you grant in your device's system settings, Nirvana can read screen on/off timing from Android to nudge you to take a break during long continuous phone use. This reads only screen-interactive timing — never which apps you're using or their content — and this information is processed entirely on your device and is never transmitted anywhere.
All reminders (hydration, movement, meditation, weigh-ins, etc.) are scheduled locally on your device. No reminder or usage data is sent to any server.
You can export your data to a JSON file at any time from within the app and share it using your device's own share sheet — for example, to email it to yourself or save it to a cloud drive. This is entirely your choice and action; Nirvana itself does not upload this file anywhere. Once you share an exported file, it's subject to the privacy practices of wherever you sent it, which is outside our control.
Nirvana is not directed at children. Since all data stays on-device and nothing is collected by us, this applies regardless of the user's age.
